School and Organization Tours

We provide private group tours for school and organization groups interested in visiting the forest. These tours are typically led by graduate student researchers and may be adapted to address the particular interests of a group. If you would like to request a private group tour please contact the Conservation Land Manager via email (seg219@scarletmail.rutgers.edu) with “HMF Tour Request” in the subject line. Please include the following: what school or organization the group is part of, an approximate number of participants, age range for school groups, and approximate time you would like visit. All private tours should be requested several weeks in advance so that we can accommodate your needs.
